now that our galley is fully operational, i can make myself some good food instead of stepping out for a quick take-aways.
here is my breakfast menu every morning at about 11ish, then i only have to eat again in the evening.
sailors 3 egg omelette:
2 slices tomato (chopped) or cherry tomatoes like i did only this one time
1 slice of onion (chopped)
as much cheese as you want
season with salt and pepper and then you have yourself a great breakfast.
probably not the healthiest breakfast to have every morning, but it beats the full english breakfast that i used to have every morning while working in the UK. whats life without good food?
